This is Retail 2.0 as business week likes to call it, Nau.com an American retailer is trying to create a mish mash of off and online retailing. They have four stores in the US at the moment, a customer can visit the store and choose to order any item online through an in house terminal. The other day a friend of mine asked me to do the same by checking things on the high street and buying them off ebay ..this seems to be facilitating the same process. The consumer gets a 10% discount and free delivery ...is this love for the internet or a viable business option??
